Rental Fee & Deposit:

Please pay your deposit separately from your rental fee. This allows us to easily refund your deposit after your rental date.

Deposit Return Information:

Please send us photos depicting the condition of the event area upon your arrival, as well as its condition upon departure to info@powhatonroadmetrodistrict.live

Upon receipt of these images, we will promptly initiate the process to return your uncashed check.

NOTE: There will be no deposits necessary for a picnic table reservation.
